I offer a one-hour FaceTime session to walk you through selling on Whatnot. In this hour we will:
Review your goals and target items (collectibles, apparel, toys, etc.)
Set up or optimize your Whatnot profile and branding (profile photo, bio, banner, social links)
Walk step-by-step through listing an item: title, description, pricing, tags, and photos/video tips
Demonstrate live streaming basics: camera setup, lighting, audio, framing, and minimizing distractions
Cover presentation skills for live sales: scripting openers, pacing, showcasing items, handling bids, and closing sales
Explain inventory and shipping workflow: tracking items, packing tips, shipping options, and handling fees
Go over buyer communication and customer service best practices: handling questions, returns, and disputes
Discuss promotional strategies: cross-posting, social media, collabs, and scheduling frequent drops
Answer your specific questions and troubleshoot issues live (account problems, policy questions, technical setup)
